I have found free proxy server address.
In my area the browsing and downloading speed is about 18-22 kbps in day time while it is 30 kbps at night.
Well the trick is as follows:
Download any Bolt/Opera handler application.
In the proxy type select: HTTP
Proxy server: 202.87.41.147
Thats it!!
But keep minimum balance of Re.1 and use it in default divein or internet settings
